This service is unique when you are looking for a custom plan. The beginning is a design idea that incorporates:
• The topographic of the block of land such as fall and soil type, views etc… ,
• Your requirements and budget,
• And the requirements to achieve an Energy efficient design.

Based on our 15 years of design experience and the availability of in-house Draftsman and Energy Raters, Victorian Home Choice will sketch your home. Then the sketch will be copied into Chief Architect to provide you with detailed sketch, 3D elevations and virtual tour inside your home at the design stage.

This service makes you a part of each design stage, and also in control of changes to the plans and inclusions.

Working Drawings
Once the sketches are finalized, they will be passed to the Draftsman to provide a SKETCH of Working Drawings to be presented to you for final changes. Once you approve the final sketches, then Working Drawings will be produced and will form part for your building contract.
